Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the jainerp.org website and the JainERP™ platform operated by Tasqbots Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. By creating an account or installing the software you agree to them.

The service

JainERP™ provides temple/trust management software: cloud web portals for temple staff, devotees and Sadhu-Sadhvi sangh representatives, Windows and Linux desktop applications, mobile apps, and related notification services. Features the website marks “in testing” are not commitments to deliver by any date.

Accounts and responsibility

Temple accounts are operated by the temple/trust that registers them; the temple is responsible for the accuracy of its financial entries and for who it grants staff access to. Keep OTPs and license keys confidential. We may suspend accounts used unlawfully or in ways that endanger the service.

Data and compliance

The temple/trust remains the owner of its records. Statutory documents the software generates (80G receipts, Form 10BD/10BE data, GST summaries) are prepared from the data the temple enters — responsibility for filing accuracy stays with the trust and its auditors.

Fees

Paid plans are listed on the pricing page and are charged from the same catalogue shown there, so the price displayed at registration is the price billed. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is shown separately at checkout and on your tax invoice. Where a plan includes a free trial, the trial length is stated on the plan before you register. Custom arrangements for multi-mandir trusts are agreed in writing before any charge.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
